Weight Loss Challenge Day 3 – Self Sabotage

One of the biggest battles I have is self-sabotage.  I am really good at being successful in exercise or weight loss, and then sabotaging myself with food or binge-watching Netflix and not getting enough activity.  Anyone else do that?

My mindset this time around is that each time I make a choice I think to myself, “is this going to come between me and my goal?”  I am striving to be sure to make it to my goal and be successful.  Here’s how today went…
